Following sold-out runs in the world’s largest cities, including London, Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York, Lightscape arrives at our very own @sandiegobotanicgarden for the holiday season!

This was absolutely beautiful - my girls, at just four, we’re absolutely amazed by what they saw and got to experience! Every area is so different, and so unique.

📅 The installation is running through January 1st! Shows happening November 18-20, 23, 25-27, December 1-4, 8-11, 14-23, 26-31 and January 1.

⏰ Tickets are required for admittance with entry times available every 15 minutes from 5:00 to 8:30 pm. The average tour time from start to finish is 1.5 hours, although there is no time limit. Lightscape closes at 10 pm.

💵 Admission is a bit pricey - $29 for non member adult admission, and $15 for kids.

🚙 Parking is not included with admission and will run you $10 if you reserve online, $20 if you forget and have to do it there!

🍻 You’ll find a few spots along the path to stop and grab a drink or snack - things like cookies, hot coco, beer and even a s’more!

🎄 Visit @omasfamilyfarm Christmas Tree Farm! 🎄

⏰ Happening November 25-December 17! Open Thursday & Friday from 3-8pm, and Saturday 10am-7pm!

📍 Omas is located at 14950 El Monte Rd, Lakeside

🎄 They offer a variety of trees perfect for your decorating needs! Trees start at $41.

🐐 Don’t miss all of the furry creatures over at the farm - the goats are always a fav for our girls.

🚜 They are doing tractor rides right now! $5!

💵 Entrance is $14 for kids, $9 for adults - not needed if just buying a tree!

🎅 Pacific Portraits will be at Oma’s on December 3rd taking Santa Portraits from 10:30am-3pm! Make sure to reserve your time on their website!

📚 Stories with Santa (included in admission) is happening on December 10: 1pm, 2pm, 3pm and December 17: 11am, 12pm, 1pm

☀️ This spot is located within the South Carlsbad State Beach camp site, right along the water with sunset views that are hard to beat!

🍻 They have a great beer and wine menu, perfect for ending the day and enjoying the view.

🍕 Casual dining perfect for families - pizza, salads, some wings and delicious tots!

🎄 Right now they’re doing their Sound of Light holiday light and music show which kicks off every evening at 5, and is about 15 minutes long!

🚙 Parking can be a pain, so bring a stroller for the littles and park across the bridge at the Poinsettia Village shopping center.

🐬 @seaworldsandiego Christmas Celebration: See dazzling new Christmas shows or meet Santa and Rudolph. Feel the snow falling and watch the sky light up with holiday fireworks. Find photo-perfect moments across acres of beautiful decorations, including a towering 30 foot, twinkling Christmas tree and a music-activated tunnel of lights. All the while, savor delicious candy-topped hot chocolate and other treats for all ages.

🎄 @sesameplaceca a Very Furry Christmas: The park is transformed into a one-of-a-kind Christmas wonderland with millions of twinkling lights, whirling rides, and festive decorations all around. Sing and dance along at special Christmas shows and a spectacular music and light show at our 30-foot 1-2-3 Christmas Tree. Don’t miss the fantastic Sesame Street Christmas Parade with festive floats decorated for the celebration and a show-stopping performance that will have everyone getting very merry and having lots of holiday fun.

🎶 @sandiegozoo Jungle Bells: The magic and the spirit of the holiday season return! The Zoo lights up the night until 8 p.m. (*except December 24) with amazing entertainment featuring the spectacular show, Aurora. Bring the family and enjoy some tasty treats and the warmth of the holidays.
